FAQ:
1. How can I go to your address?
From Cam Ranh Airport: the Taxi should cost around 250,000-300,000 VND if you negotiate with the taxi driver beforehand. Otherwise, they will charge you by meter counter (total trip may cost more than 500,000).
Alternatively, near the airport's entrance, you can buy Airport Bus ticket to "86 Tran Phu" (~70,000 VND). From there, take a taxi to us (6/31 Nguyen Thien Thuat, Tan Lap) (20,000~30,000 VND).
From Nha Trang station: it's 20,000-30,000 VND by Taxi's meter counter.
2. How good is your location? Is it near the beach?
Yes, the public beach is within 10 minutes on foot (according to Google maps). Nguyen Thien Thuat street itself is full of services for oversea visitors. We have close access to the laundry service, banks, hospital and local market, yet the cost of living is relatively lower than the Foreigner & Hotel Districts' (500-1000 meters away)
3. How secured is your area?
Every place shares the same concern of security, but being in the lively city center will definitely has lower risk compared to the suburbs.
Additionally, we have security cameras in passageways, the cleaner is a trusted family member, and we do not keep the keys to provided wardrobes; thus living here should be among the more secured options.
4. What if I suddenly canceled my long-term contract halfway?
Please don't surprise us. Inform us at least 15 days before your moving date (Form provided). Otherwise, you has to pay 1 month rent from the moving date.
On the other hand, you will also lose your deposit if the leaving reason is not because of unavoidable circumstances.
5. What do I need to rent a room?
1 month rent, deposit (usually 1 month of rent), a valid Passport/ID and visa. Also, please check your email frequently before departure since we may ask for reconfirmation.
6. Is there a curfew?
No, you have your own keys and are free to come and go as you like.
7. Can my family and friends stay overnight?
Yes, if they are your family or same-sex friends. But please give us their passports before 23:00. The police may check for unregistered residents, and their penalty is quite heavy: 50-100 USD!
